1. Data we collect

  • Enquiry data — your name, email address, phone number and country code, together with the project you express interest in, when you submit an enquiry form on the Site.
  • Communication data — the content of calls, emails or WhatsApp messages you exchange with us after enquiring.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide information about Emaar Properties projects, including prices, floor plans and availability.
  • To contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp regarding properties matching your interest.

3. Legal basis

4. Sharing your data

  • Zoho Corporation — enquiry data is stored in Zoho CRM, our customer relationship management provider, which may process data on servers outside the UAE under appropriate safeguards.
  • Emaar Properties PJSC — if you ask us to reserve or purchase a unit, we share the details required to register your interest or booking with the developer.
  • Service providers — hosting (Vercel), analytics and communication providers acting on our instructions.
  • Authorities — where disclosure is required by UAE law, regulation or court order.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

The Site uses strictly necessary cookies and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the Site. Where the Site is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
